Passport & Visas

Passports

Please advise the correct passport details to us when making a reservation as it is important that passport and booking details match. You may be denied boarding at the airport if the information does not adequately match. Travel on Q takes no responsibility if the incorrect information is advised.

Australian passports are valid for ten years for adults and five years for children under the age of 18. Some countries require a 6-month validity on all passports, so please remember to make sure that your Australian passport has six months validity beyond the date of your return, or you may be denied boarding Keep a photocopy of your passport in a different part of your luggage in case or loss or theft. Passports can only be issued by your local Post Office or the Passport Office.

Visas

Visas may be necessary, especially if travelling on business. You may be denied boarding or refused entry to a country if you do not have the correct visa. Most Western European countries do not require Australians to possess a visa, but former Eastern European countries still do, as do many Asian, African and South American countries. Many visas are now obtained online, so just check with us.

Travel on Q can assist with your visa application. We will provide the correct forms and links, but we do not provide a lodgment service.
