TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS and INCLUSIONS
Inclusions:
- Economy class airfares on Druk Air as per the itinerary inclusive of taxes
- All accommodation in A class hotels and lodges
- All transportation and meals in Bhutan
- All camping equipment ( except a sleeping bag) if undertaking overnight walks.
- Full support team, cook, ponies, loo tent cook tent etc
- Personal English speaking guide, driver and private vehicle
- All sightseeing and entrance fees
- Comprehensive pre-departure information and itineraries provided
- Visa fee and visa processing
- Tourism Development fee
Exclusions:
- Items of a personal nature
- Beverages other than bottled water in the vehicles
Conditions:
- $300 non refundable deposit is required upon booking with a completed booking form
- Final payment due 60 days prior to departure or upon confirmation if travel is within 60 days of booking
- All prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the US dollar
- Itineraries are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Travel on Q
- Refunds after final payment are made at the discretion of Travel on Q and All Bhutan Connection
- Travel insurance is compulsory
